Watermelon mostly contains water and it is low in calories. The high water content helps you feel fuller, therefore helping you to eat less. Since watermelon is mostly water, it has little nutritional value, and you need a variety of foods to maintain good health.
Reasons why they’re good for us.
- It contains Lycopene which helps in reducing the risk of prostate cancer and heart disease. In other words, those whose diet are high in lycopene are less likely to suffer from heart attack.
- There’s also Vitamin B6. It promotes chemicals in the brain that help people to cope with anxiety and panic.

LAST day!
i had a small bowl of fried french beans for breakfast.
and i ruined today’s diet by eating one donut during teatime. i had guests over and there were loads of cakes etc. and i had to take one donut. pfft..
but then again, i think its quite okay to eat that donut considering that i didn’t take rice or bread or potatoes today.haha. i dnt know..
oh and i cheated my way thru the end of my final day..i had 2 pieces of fried chicken.for dinner.

SIXTH day!
i was thinking a lotttttttt about chocolate filled croissants last night. hahah.
anyway i woke up hungry this morning.went to the kitchen to fix myself some sauteed vege and beef patty. but my supply of beef is out.none.nada.zero. apparently, my brother had himself a heavy supper last night.
so i took out 1 portion of chicken breast, cooked it in a pan with cauliflower, capsicum and some cabbage. that was for lunch.
i had steak (grain fed) for dinner. i felt so guilty cos i ate it with the creamy black pepper sauce.

FIFTH day!
i swear i couldnt wait for this day cos i think i was never born to be a vegetarian.lol
i had a quarter pound beef patty with 3 tomatoes for lunch.
and another set of that for dinner.
im supposed to increase my intake of water. but FFS, i cant even get myself to drink 3ltrs of water anymore.
anyway, today wasn’t bad at all. pretty energetic.

FOURTH day!
surprisingly, today wasn’t bad at all. in fact it was better than vege day :))
had 4 bananas and 2 glasses of milk.
wasn’t hungry the whole day.
amazing :)

How and Why the GM Diet Works
Day One – You are preparing your system for the upcoming programme. Your only source of nutrition is fresh or canned fruits. Fruits are nature’s perfect food. They provide everything you could possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety.
Day Two – Starts with a fix of complex carbo-hydrates coupled with an oil dose. This is taken in the morning for energy and balance. The rest of day two consists of vegetables which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fibre.
Day Three – Eliminates the potato because you get your carbohydrates from the fruits. You system is now prepared to start burning excess pounds. You will still have cravings which should start to diminish by day four.
Day Four – Bananas, milk and soup sound the strangest and least desirable. You’re in for a surprise. You probably will not eat all the bananas allowed. But they are there for the potassium you have lost and the sodium you may have missed the past three days. You will notice a definite loss of desire for sweets. You will be surprised how easy this day will go.
Day Five – Beef and tomatoes. The beef is for iron and proteins, the tomatoes are for digestion and fibre. Lots and lots of water purifies your system. You should notice colourless urine today. Your allowance calls for the equivalent of five “quarter ponders”. Do not feel you have to eat all this beef. You must eat the six tomatoes.
Day Six – Similar to day five, Iron and proteins from beef, Vitamins and fibre from vegetables. By now your system is in a total weight loss inclination. There should be a noticeable difference in the way you look today, compared to day one.
Day Seven - Finished off the program like a good cigar used to finish off Victorian meals, except much healthier. You have your system under control and it should thank you for the flushing and cleaning you just gave it.

GM Diet
Rules :-
- NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS through out.
- NO FRUIT JUICE before the 7th day
- TAKE 10-12 GLASSES OF WATER daily.
- Beverages allowed : Water flavored with Lemon, Black Coffee (No Cream, No Sugar)
Day 1 : Fruit Day
- Eat only fruits. Lots of them.
- Except for bananas.
- This is a very important preparation for the diet program.
Day 2 : Vege Day
- Take as much vegetables as you want.
- Its best to start the day with a large baked potato and continue the rest of the day by taking other high fiber veges.
- The vegetables can be cooked but should not be mixed with other ingredients which would add to the calorie count.
- The best way is to have them in a soup or lightly sauteed (a teaspoon of butter and some salt).
Day 3 : Fruit & Vege Day
- Have a combination of fruits and vegetables.
- Except for potatoes and bananas.
Day 4 : Banana & Milk Day
- Only eat bananas with the maximum intake of 8 bananas.
- Take 3 glasses of milk.
- This is for the lost potassium and sodium.
- May take vegetable soup but limit the intake.
Day 5 : Meat Day
- On this day it is allowed to take beef and tomatoes. yay meat finally :D.
- Two 10 oz. portions of lean beef and 6 tomatoes.
- This is to clear the uric acid formed in the system.
- Beef is for iron and tomatoes for fiber.
- Increase the intake of water.
Day 6 : Another Meat Day
- May take beef and vegetables again.
- Make sure not to take too much ;)
Day 7 : Last Day
- Your system comes under control.
- You can have brown rice, fruit juices and vegetables. It is the end of the diet program.
